Team Private Equity and M&A
Florian coordinates our Private Equity and M&A business, focusing on providing strategic support to investors throughout the entire transaction process and investment lifecycle. His experience as a project manager in the education sector and in supply chain management provide him with a deep understanding of different business models and operational processes, which he brings to bear in transaction processes and investment decisions. During professional stays abroad in China and Central Asia, Florian has acquired a strong international know-how that enables him to develop and implement innovative and globally oriented communication and strategy concepts in the areas of Private Equity and M&A.
