Dr. Thomas Borer Speaks About the Creation of a Fund by the Swiss Banks and Government for Holocaust Victims
Dr. Thomas Borer features in a 1997 AP broadcast in New York and speaks about the creation of a fund to recompense Holocaust victims in cooperation with Jewish organisations and communities. He emphasises the need for a “a timely distribution of the assets of the fund to the Holocaust victims who are most in need, and that we can expand this fund, and that this fund, as Mr. Eizenstat said, has international legitimacy and accountability”.
